THURSDAY, JULY 4, 2024

*Participants who will participate in the 125K Scarpa Aladağlar Epic Trail/ 3-day multi-stage race must attend the technical meeting.
*Participating in the 125K Scarpa Aladağlar Epic Trail/ 3-day multi-stage race as a RELAY TEAM must attend the technical meeting.
*The compulsory materials determined by the organization will be checked on Thursday and the kit will not be delivered to the participant who is missing the compulsory materials.
FRIDAY, JULY 5, 2024
-125K Scarpa Aladağlar Epic Trail / 1st day start (55km will be run on the first day)
- 55K Scarpa Aladağlar Ultra Marathon start
*The starting point of 125K Scarpa Aladağlar Epic Trail and 55K Scarpa Aladağlar Ultra Marathon is Demirkazık village TDF camping area. The finish point for both tracks is the Hacer Valley Aladağlar National Park visitor area. 52K Scarpa Aladağlar Ultra Marathon participants will be transferred from Hacer Valley Aladağlar National Park to Demirkazık village TDF camping area.
SATURDAY, JULY 6, 2024
-125K Scarpa Aladağlar Epic Trail / 2nd day start (45km will be run on the second day)
*125K Scarpa Aladağlar Epic Trail second day is Hacer Valley Aladağlar National Park. The finishing point is Demirkazık village TDF camping area.
SUNDAY, JULY 7, 2024
-125K Scarpa Aladağlar Epic Trail / 3rd day start (25km will be run on the third day)

- Award Ceremony (Demirkazık village TDF camping area)
*The starting point on Sunday is Sarı Mehmet's Yurdu location. The finish point is Demirkazık village TDF camping area. Before the start, athletes will be transferred from Demirkazık village TDF camping area to Sarı Mehmet's Dormitory.
PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT/125K Scarpa Aladağlar Epic Trail and 55K Scarpa Aladağlar Ultra Marathon
Conditions for 125K Scarpa Aladağlar Epic Trail/ 3 days multi-stage and 55K Scarpa Aladağlar Ultra Marathon participants are stated below.
The quota number is 100 athletes.
Athletes who have completed a race of 60 km or more between 01.01.2023 and 01.07.2024 are included in the main list. The 60 km race completion time must be less than 10 hours. The people who will participate in the race will be determined by the decisions of the 7-person race committee.
Athletes who have not completed a race of 60 km or more between 01.01.2023 and 01.07.2024 will be put on the reserve list. Athletes who have not completed a race of 60 km or more are placed on the reserve list in accordance with the documents requested by the 7-person race committee.
Athletes approved by the commission will be included in the main list.
Runners with ITRA scores above 650 for men and 550 for women are directly included in the main list.
125K Scarpa Aladağlar Epic Trail Relay Team
The quota number is 100 athletes.
The team must consist of 2 athletes. Athlete 1 runs the first day stage (Friday, July 5th/55km). The 2nd athlete runs the second day stage (Saturday, July 6/45km). Both athletes must run the 3rd day stage (25 km) together.
There are no gender and age categories in the team race, it will be evaluated only as general classification.

TRANSFER AND EXPERIENCE SERVICE
-For participants who want to run on any track but want to be in the general flow of the event, please contact the organizations for the service fee.
Example: Participants who are registered for the 25KM stage on July 7 and want to participate on Thursday, July 4, can contact the organizations for the service fee.
AGE CATEGORY
Age groups are determined as 39 years and under, 40-49 years, 50 years and above. (There is no age category in the 13K course. It will be evaluated only in the general classification.)
Prizes are not given to those who rank in the general classification in age groups.
GENERAL RULES
The person must bring their own tent and camping equipment, and the finish point nutrition is the responsibility of the athlete. People will set up the tent and eat on their own.
Health Report is valid for all tracks except 13K Aladağlar Discovery Race.
Only registered athletes can participate in the race.
Refunds made 7 days after registration will be made with a 30% deduction. (Valid for refund requests made before May 31.)
Registration fees will not be refunded for refund requests made after May 31.
As of May 31, route changes cannot be made.
Participants who have registered with a refundable registration fee will have a 100% refund of the registration fee if their fees are canceled until May 31, 2024.
The participant who cannot participate in the competition can have another friend pick up their kit at the time of the event. Shipment will not be made by courier.
The award of the athlete who cannot attend the award ceremony can be received by another friend upon signature. The award is not sent after the award ceremony.
A medical report is not mandatory for athletes with an athlete's license.
It is the competitor's responsibility to run the course by following the signs. It is in the nature of trail running to get lost (running in the wrong place).
The organization has the right to make changes to the course before the race. Any changes made will be announced to the competitors before the race.
Participants under the age of 18 cannot participate in the Scarpa Aladağlar Epic Trail event.
Since each participant is required to sign only his/her own waiver, the participant can only take his/her own kit bag at the kit distribution desk.
DISQUALIFICATION
A runner who throws a water bottle or garbage onto the field will be disqualified. (The athlete who is complained about throwing a water bottle by 3 runners will be disqualified)
Not passing any intermediate points.
Taking shortcuts or vehicles.
Leaving a participant in need of help alone and not helping.
Refusing to be checked by medical personnel.
Refusing to have their mandatory materials checked by the organization.
Getting support other than intermediate points.
Disqualified runners are not allowed to continue the run.
