2023 IIHF World Championship Division II

The IIHF's primary responsibilities are to oversee, promote, and coordinate hockey around the world. The promotion of cordial ties between the national associations that make up the membership as well as coordinated operation for the good order of the sport are additional responsibilities. The federation may take the necessary actions to conduct itself and its affairs in accordance with its statutes, bylaws, and regulations and to maintain its authority over ice hockey on a global scale. The IIHF is the organization in charge of organizing all IIHF competition-related sponsorships, license rights, advertising, and merchandise.

The International Ice Hockey Federation will host an international ice hockey competition called the IIHF World Championship Division II in 2023.

The 2023 Group A and Group B tournaments will take place in Madrid, Spain (15–21 April), and Istanbul, Turkey (17–23 April).

2023 Judo Grand Slam Antalya

The IJF World Tour includes a number of international judo competitions, including the Judo Grand Slam competitions. This sports event in Turkey includes a lot of thrill and action, so be prepared!

The Grand Slam competitions are the highest-ranked international judo competitions, that is, the competitions in which the judoka can accumulate the most ranking points, after the Olympic Games, World Championships, and World Masters.

Although some sources claim the inaugural Grand Slam competition took place in Tokyo in December 2008, the IJF referred to it as the "Kano Cup," not the "Grand Slam." Further tournaments were also organized in 2009 in Moscow, Rio de Janeiro, and Paris. Rio de Janeiro was replaced in 2013 by Baku. There were four Grand Slam competitions annually up until 2013. In 2014, it was planned to add a fifth competition, which would take place in Abu Dhabi. Two more tournaments were added in 2019. Moreover, Turkey is hosting a Grand Slam Tournament this year. Sports events in Turkey sound very packed this year!
